A full tulle shirt creates the base for a wide multi-loop organza and satin ribbon bow and streamers.  The center finish is your choice. Choose either the sample clasp in silver as shown or classic white or antique white satin.  Rhinestones are scattered over the ribbon loops and streamers giving this an impressive finish.
