We are committed to your satisfaction.  It is our goal and our priority.  We guarantee the quality of our products and the work we do with each and every item we create.

We consider it a privilege to provide our specialties for presentation at church sacraments.

Merchant Policy

All orders must be paid for in full before we ship.

Any returns must be authorized by notifying us via email to orders@classicgreekspecialties.com.  We are unable to accept any unauthorized returns.

Many items are not premade or prefinished.  Your order is completed to your specification.  You may return any non-personalized items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, less the shipping charges.  This means personalized witness pins, decorated candles, custom favors and any modified, customized stephana sets are not returnable, unless we have made an error.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to:  orders@classicgreekspecialties.com to receive a full refund.
